ETF-Eurovia Travaux Ferroviaires is a European leader in rail infrastructure and has been a subsidiary of Eurovia (part of the VINCI group) since 19 September 2008. The company specialises in the laying and maintenance of fixed rail installations on national rail networks, urban transport networks and industrial sidings. Today the company offers a comprehensive array of highly technical competencies also spanning track, catenaries (overhead power lines), power distribution, and signalling.

History
ETF-Eurovia Travaux Ferroviaires (formerly Cogifer TF, then Vossloh Infrastructure Services) grew out of successive mergers between French engineering firms Jardin et Billiard, S.E.I., DEHE et Montcocol.
Historically, urban transport is the core business of
ETF-Eurovia Travaux Ferroviaires. The company’s origins date back to the late 19th century, the age of the first generation of tramways and the first Paris Metro lines. Since its earliest days, it has primarily been involved in the construction and maintenance of railway lines and catenaries, with all of the know-how required to execute large-scale projects.
Project design and planning
ETF-Eurovia Travaux Ferroviaires plans and executes projects from their initial design phase to construction and maintenance. As a result, its research and development are sustained by a process of continuous dialogue between designers and the teams responsible for bringing the projects to fruition.
ETF-Eurovia Travaux Ferroviaires has been a major contributor to progress in the urban transport sector, with the:
- Mechanisation and automation of railway engineering works, via the development of specialised mobile, rail-mounted construction and maintenance equipment,
